This book is about a curious rabbit’s adventure through the neighborhood. He ventures from the comfort of his home in the garden to learn about other animals and their games.
One morning as he was playing with his friends, something unusual happened. Several dogs appeared. They looked as if they were having fun. Baby rabbit wanted to join them. They were playing a chasing game. It was an odd game; he joined without hesitation. This was a brave step for the young rabbit.
Stepping bravely out in the unknown, baby rabbit quickly slipped out of the garden. It was not known for him to start something new. Despite the danger, it was a risk he had to take. He wanted to know how other animals played and why they seemed so happy.
Hopping lively, he began to chase as they were chasing. They were so alert, so energetic just chasing each other. What were they chasing and why were they going around in a circle?
He did not realize that you could make a game by chasing. There must be something to chase. Baby rabbit’s curiosity began to get the best of him, he wanted to know about other animals. Do they all chase after each other? Now that he was out of the garden, he went on a tour around the neighborhood exploring and finding new ideas.
