Under the following conditions, all authors are entitled to terminate their service and request a refund.

  1. If an author chooses to discontinue their service within 24-72 hours (3 business days) of signing up, the fees paid will be 100% refundable, except for any costs, expenses, and/or transaction fees incurred during that time.
  2. If the service signup has exceeded 3 business days, the customer is no longer eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

We do not honor refund requests under the following circumstances:

  1. Statements of dissatisfaction or invalid refund requests received after the author has already approved the demo website and acquired the domain and hosting and/or when the service has been completed.
  2. Refund requests based on the absence of services that were never claimed, stated to provide, or not listed on our website.

In the event that an author deliberately files a dispute or chargeback despite having agreed to the Cancellation and Refund Policy, we will respond accordingly to protect the company’s interests. Damaging fees starting from $200 will be charged, with the subsequent amount determined by the severity of the damage and claims.

All cancellation, refund, and termination requests must be made in writing. If an author is displeased with our services, they should notify us, and we will attempt to resolve the situation if possible. If an author still wishes to cancel their services or request a refund, they must provide a written notice with their contact details and reasons for the cancellation or refund request. We recommend emailing us and calling to ensure we receive the request.

Upon receiving an author’s request to terminate their service, we will agree to the termination and process their refund back to their account within 5-7 business days, subject to the conditions outlined in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
