At Your Online Publicist, we strive to provide the best services to all our valued authors. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where authors wish to terminate their services and request a refund. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following conditions for cancellation and refund requests:
If a customer cancels within 24-72 hours (3 business days) after signing up for the service, the fees paid will be 100% refundable, excluding any costs, expenses, and transaction fees incurred during that time.
After 3 business days from the service signup, customers are no longer eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
We will not honor refund requests under the following conditions:
If an author deliberately files a dispute or chargeback despite having agreed to the Cancellation and Refund Policy, appropriate damaging fees will be charged, starting from $200. The final amount will be determined based on the severity of the damage and claims.
All cancellations, refunds, and termination requests must be submitted in writing. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please notify us, and we will try to resolve the situation. If you still wish to cancel or request a refund, you must provide us with two (2) days’ written notice, including your contact details and reasons for the request. We recommend both emailing and calling to ensure we receive your request. Upon receipt of your notice, we will terminate the Agreement and process your refund within 5-7 business banking days, provided you meet the terms of the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
