The author Clifton Brusso is a graduate mechanical engineer and a major in the US Army Corps of Engineers.  He is also a direct descendant of Alexandre Dumas the Great writer of the Classics Three Musketeers, The man in the Iron Mask, The Count of Monte Christo and many other novels and plays. He was also the first war correspondent.

Peter, a teenage boy living in Boston is accused of burning down the newly built school. He is ostracized by family and friends so he goes on the road. A real friendship develops with a truck driver that draws the reader to experience what these two drifters feel.

There is a breakthru and an entity from the great beyond, slips thru into Peter’s world and once there it makes Peter’s life pure hell!! The relationship he had developed in High School with Maggie haunts him and her throughout the novel.

Being a fast-moving suspenseful thriller about the unknown it will keep the reader intrigued and not wanting to put the book down.

Breakthru has enough description to keep the reader moving fastly through this exciting novel but it has no flashbacks or fill that would only slows the reader down.
