Reverend Gregory C. Guice, a devoted husband and a proud father of three daughters. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Kentucky State University, and received a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Psychology from the Center for Humanistic Studies in 1986.
Reverend Guice was the co-founder and director of a youth program titled “Be the Best That You Can Be”
Rev. Guice has received many honors and awards. Selected as one of the top 10 teachers by Ebony magazine in 1988, Selected as “Mason of the Year” in 1988, listed in “Who’s Who in Black America”, and was inducted into the Martin Luther King Board of Preachers of Morehouse College in 2001. Rev. Guice was recently honored as 2008 “Michiganian of the Year” by the Detroit News.
He served as senior pastor of Unity Christ Church in Fort Wayne, Indiana and as co-pastor at Detroit Unity Temple. Currently, Rev. Guice is the senior minister at Unity Church of Lake Orion.
He instills within his church family and community the prescription to “look for the good” and to know that the presence of God is within.
